PETER DONOVAN
Peter is a highly experienced individual with over 30 years’ commercial experience in the corporate and private sectors. His knowledge has been gained in the financial and commodity markets working alongside blue chip companies as both employee and consultant.
Based in Europe and SE Asia, Peter is able to utilise his experience and knowledge to advise institutional and private buyers and sellers in the commodity sector, with particular expertise in gold and oil.
TOM BECKETT
Tom is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in business. Since founding his first company in B2B telecoms, he has founded and owned businesses in holographic film manufacturing, property sales, property investments, residential property management and the claims industry.
He has also been the main Board member of a US Public company.
Tom’s current business interests now come together in Axiom.

SHAUN WOOTTON
Shaun has over 35 years’ experience in business, involved in hospitality, telecoms, aviation, property development and finance. Co Investor in a number of business start-ups (Fintech, Telecom, Property). He is a Board member and consultant to several enterprises with global growth acceleration.
With a wealth of connections in the private equity and capital markets of Europe and Asia. Having closed deals for partners, typically in the region of $100-500M, Shaun works with a select number of Asian families and UHNWI to provide an independent family office solution for their global investments and trophy purchases.
SAM BUXTON
Sam is a Chartered Banker in the UK, and a phenomenal equity analyst, he is an MBA In Banking and Finance, and a published author in the area of venture creation and crowdfunding.
His experience in managing portfolios is vast and includes Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Commodities, FX and Digital Assets.
Sam is passionate about venture creation and blockchain, and is Co-Founder and CEO of Digital Asset Management Ltd (DAM), who specialise in various products, including OTC, military grade cold-storage custody solutions, cross border payments, crypto wealth management, advisory and digital asset escrow.
LUCIO (Lou) STICCA
Lou is a leading light, globally connected expert and business leader with a strong TV profile in the international sports and entertainment industry for past 30 years. Lou’s exploits in sport include a number of high profile football Club tours into Australia and Asia including; Liverpool, Juventus, Chelsea, Arsenal and many more.
In recent years, Lou has expanded into the procurement and commodity sector given his global network.
Utilising Lou’s commercial experience, established network and commodity sector knowledge he now represents the Axiom’s business interests in Oceania.
DAVID BLACK
David’s company, the ID Crowd, specialises in mitigating risks to Government and businesses which relate to identity, or more accurately the fraudulent use of identity
He has developed a world class reputation for the successful delivery of innovative solutions to Identity misuse. His guidance is instrumental in helping clients know how to trust their clients and the businesses they transact with.
Until recently David was a key member of the UK Government’s Verify programme, having been onboard from its inception. He contributed to the Government’s consultations and has defined strategies for the resolution of biographic matching in large population-scale datasets.
KHAWAR ALI
Khawar is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of sales management experience within the financial services and technology sectors.
Khawar is the Co-Founder and CEO of two global brands.

KFX Services is a payment gateway used by companies and high net worth individuals around the world. Khawar is responsible for the strategic management of the company’s unique platform to support global brands, individuals and corporates in managing and implementing their FX strategies and financial models.
Most recently, Khawar was responsible for driving Aegis BPO’s growth across Europe, prior to his role at Aegis, he spent over 5 years at Sutherland Global Services establishing Sutherland’s brand in Europe and Asia.
PENNY YIM
Penny has over 20 years experience in the field of bullion trading and expertise on operations for unrefined products sourced outside of the bullion fine metals field. Her key experience is in the field of negotiation, secure logistics, bullion movement and storage, hedging, refining and sourcing.
She has also been Mandate for a licensed gold company.
She started her own commodity arbitrage company in 2015. Under her lead as the Director of Business Development the company has grown rapidly in 5 years. Her company is able to offer a one-stop gold trading service including mining, testing, security and export. In 2018, her company became the top African gold exporter.
EDWARD GASH
Edd is a second generation gold trade and sourcing expert. He has 20 years of extensive experience on the ground in Africa working within and alongside mines of all scales and sizes. Edd combines his local knowledge with his experience working with major Hang Seng Index listed companies to provide an end to end commodity business. His key experience in FX, commodity trades, refining, sourcing, and hedging, facilitate rare insight into the absolute trade that is commodity arbitrage.
Edd speaks 5 languages fluently, is an asset manager for regulated funds in addition to overseeing secure logistics and has gained complete trust from precious metal groups around the world.
JUNO MAK
Juno is a highly regarded independent professional taxation expert, and member of the HKICPA.
He has worked for Ernst & Young and JP Morgan amongst others, focusing on financial institutions. His expertise widened into the commercial field when he joined a major SFC licensed asset management company.
Juno then helped set-up the accounting and reporting system for the commodities business of China Merchants Securities, a Main Board broker on the HK Stock Exchange.
Never tiring of personal and professional development, Juno initially graduated in Business and Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, he has also obtained a Bachelor of Law from University of London in 2014.
